  • 1 cup Cooked crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • ½ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 2–3 tbsp Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped

    • Check for any shell pieces and gently flake the meat.

    • In a bowl, combine celery, red onion, mayonnaise (or yogurt), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
