Here’s a simple and flavorful Pork Loin Roast recipe—juicy on the inside, perfectly browned on the outside. 🍖

🐖 Pork Loin Roast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3–4 lb (1.5–2 kg) pork loin roast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (or fresh sprigs)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Optional: 1 cup chicken broth or white wine for roasting

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Prepare the Pork

  • Pat the pork loin dry.
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  • Rub mixture all over the pork.

3️⃣ Sear the Meat (Optional but Recommended)

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown (2–3 minutes per side).

4️⃣ Roast

  • Place pork in a roasting pan.
  • Optional: pour broth or wine into the pan to keep the meat moist.
  • Roast for 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

5️⃣ Rest the Meat

  • Remove from oven and let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
  • This keeps the pork juicy and tender.

6️⃣ Serve

  • Slice into ½-inch pieces.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or gravy.

✅ Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add a honey-mustard glaze during the last 15 minutes of roasting.
  • Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness—avoid overcooking to prevent dryness.

I can also give you a quick 30-minute pork loin roast hack that uses high heat for a golden crust while keeping the inside juicy.
