🐔 Slow Cooker Crack Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs (900–1350 g) chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz / 28 g)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: green onions for garnish
  • Optional: slider buns or tortillas for serving

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

2️⃣ Add Cream Cheese

  • Place cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.

3️⃣ Shred Chicken

  • Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
  • Mix back into the slow cooker with cream cheese and juices.

4️⃣ Add Bacon and Cheese

  • Stir in crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar until melted and well combined.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
