Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or a round cake pan.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, beat oil and sugar until well blended.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.

4️⃣ Combine
