Ingredients
- 6β8 Sausage (Italian, smoked, or your choice)
- 2 large Onion, sliced
- 1 Bell Pepper, sliced (optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- Β½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Β½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the base
Slice the onions and bell peppers and place them at the bottom of the slow cooker. - Add sausages
Place the sausages on top of the vegetables. - Add sauce and seasoning
Pour tomato sauce over everything. Add garlic, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. - Cook
- Cook on LOW for 6β7 hours or
- HIGH for 3β4 hours
- Serve
Serve the sausages and onions over:- Rice
- Pasta
- Mashed Potatoes
- or inside Bread Roll for a sandwich.
