Million Dollar Dip

Cook Time: 15–20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (about 1 oz / 28 g) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon (optional but highly recommended)
  • 2–3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper (optional, for color)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Pan (or Oven if Baking)
    • For stovetop: Use a non-stick pan over low heat.
    • For oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Base Ingredients
    • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add Cheese & Veggies
    • Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar, green onions, and bell pepper.
  4. Cook/Heat Dip
    • Stovetop: Place mixture in a pan over low heat. Stir occasionally until warmed and creamy, 8–10 minutes.
    • Oven: Spread mixture in a small baking dish, top with remaining cheddar and bacon, bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Add Bacon & Serve
    • Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top if not added earlier. Serve warm with:
      • Crackers
      • Tortilla chips
      • Sliced veggies
