Here’s a simple and delicious tortilla wrap with ground beef and cheese you can make in about 20–25 minutes. 🌯🧀

Ground Beef & Cheese Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 300–400 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small tomato, diced (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes or chili powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any melting cheese)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, or yogurt sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
    • Add chopped onion and cook until soft (2–3 minutes).
    • Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the ground beef
    • Put the ground beef in the pan and cook until browned.
    • Break it apart with a spoon while cooking.
  3. Season
    • Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
    • Add diced tomato if using.
    • Cook another 3–4 minutes until everything is well mixed.
  4. Prepare the wraps
    • Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan so they’re soft.
    • Place some beef mixture in the center.
  5. Add cheese
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the hot beef so it melts.
  6. Wrap and toast (optional but tasty)
    • Fold the tortilla like a wrap or burrito.
    • Toast it in a pan for 1–2 minutes on each side until crispy.

Serving Ideas

  • Serve with garlic sauce, salsa, or yogurt dip.
  • Add lettuce, cucumber, or pickles for freshness.

✅ Tip: If you want it extra cheesy, add cheese both inside the wrap and sprinkle some on the pan side while toasting.
