Posted on March 23, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a crispy, tangy, crowd-pleasing Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles recipe—easy to make and perfect as a snack or appetizer.

🥒 Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles

🧾 Ingredients

  • 6–8 large dill pickles (whole)
  • 100 g cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
  • Cooking spray or a little oil

🔪 Instructions

1. Prep the pickles

  • Slice pickles in half lengthwise
  • Scoop out a little of the center to make space for filling
  • Pat dry with paper towels (important for crispiness)

2. Make the filling

  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, parsley, and black pepper
  • Stir until smooth and well combined

3. Stuff them

  • Fill each pickle half generously with the cheese mixture

4. Bread the pickles

Set up 3 bowls:

  1. Flour
  2. Beaten eggs
  3. Breadcrumbs

Dip each stuffed pickle:

  • Flour → Egg → Breadcrumbs

5. Air fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F)
  • Lightly spray pickles with oil
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy

🍽️ Serve with

  • Ranch dip
  • Garlic mayo
  • Spicy ketchup

🔥 Tips

  • Dry pickles well or coating won’t stick
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick

If you want, I can give you a cheesy jalapeño version or a low-calorie version too.
