🥔 Classic Baked Potato

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1–2 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, bacon bits

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)

2. Prepare Potatoes

  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and pat dry
  2. Prick each potato several times with a fork
  3. Rub olive oil all over the skin and sprinkle with salt

3. Bake

  • Place potatoes directly on oven rack or on a baking sheet
