Here’s a simple, classic grilled cheese sandwich recipe—crispy outside, melty inside:


🥪 Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (white, brown, or sourdough)
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • 1–2 tbsp butter (softened)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Butter the bread
    Spread butter on one side of each slice.
  2. Assemble the sandwich
    Place one slice (butter side down) on a pan. Add cheese on top, then cover with the second slice (butter side up).
  3. Cook on low–medium heat
    Let it cook slowly so the bread turns golden and the cheese melts properly (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  4. Flip carefully
    Once one side is crispy and golden, flip and cook the other side.
  5. Serve hot
    Remove, slice, and enjoy while the cheese is gooey!
