  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade or juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or low-sodium tamari
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger powder or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

1. Prep chicken

  • Season chicken with a little salt and pepper
