Here’s a simple, delicious Baked Cauliflower recipe—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor:


Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked if you have it)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional, for color & health)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: lemon juice or fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat to 425°F (220°C).
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Cauliflower:
    • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix well so all florets are coated.
  3. Arrange for Roasting:
    • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the tray (don’t overcrowd—this helps it crisp).
  4. Bake:
    • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Finish & Serve:
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) and bake 3–5 more minutes.
    • Add a squeeze of lemon juice or garnish with parsley before serving.

Tips for Best Flavor

  • For extra crispiness, roast at high heat and avoid overcrowding.
  • Add chili flakes or hot sauce if you like it spicy.
  • Pairs great with yogurt dip, garlic sauce, or tahini.
