🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the steak

  • Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper
  • Heat a pan until very hot
  • Add olive oil and sear steaks:
    • 2–4 min per side (depending on thickness and doneness)
  • Add butter, garlic, and herbs
  • Spoon melted butter over steak for flavor
  • Rest steak for 5–10 minutes

2. Cook the shrimp

  • In a separate pan, melt butter
  • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
  • Add shrimp, salt, and pepper
  • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink
  • Finish with lemon juice and chili flakes

3. Serve

  • Plate steak and shrimp together
  • Drizzle pan juices or garlic butter on top
  • Optional sides:
