🧾 Ingredients (serves 3–4)

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced or cubed)
    Chicken breast
  • 250g egg noodles (or pasta)
    Egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 cups chicken broth (or water + stock cube)
  • ½ cup milk or cream (optional, for creaminess)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan or any cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the chicken

  • Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large pan
  • Add chicken pieces
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Cook until golden and fully cooked (6–8 minutes)
  • Remove and set aside

2. Build the base

  • In the same pan, add remaining butter
  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant

3. Cook the noodles (one-pan method)

  • Add chicken broth to the pan
  • Bring to a simmer
  • Add egg noodles
  • Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and most liquid is absorbed (8–10 minutes)

4. Combine everything

  • Add cooked chicken back into the pan
  • Stir in milk/cream (if using)

  • Mix until creamy and well coated

5. Serve

  • Garnish with parsley
