Posted on April 15, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a Super Easy Peach Cobbler recipe—simple, warm, and perfectly sweet with a golden crust.

🍑 Super Easy Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 400g) sliced peaches in syrup (or fresh peaches, sliced)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional but recommended)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat

  • Set oven to 180°C (350°F)

2. Melt butter

  • Pour melted butter into a baking dish (don’t mix it in—just spread it evenly)

3. Make batter

  • In a bowl, mix:
    flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
  • Add milk and vanilla
  • Stir until smooth (thin pancake-like batter)

4. Assemble (don’t stir!)

  • Pour batter over melted butter
  • Spoon peaches (with a little syrup) evenly on top
  • Sprinkle cinnamon if using

👉 Important: Do NOT mix layers—this creates the cobbler texture

5. Bake

  • Bake for 35–45 minutes
  • Top should be golden brown and slightly crisp

6. Serve

  • Let cool 10 minutes
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream 🍦

⭐ Tips for best cobbler

  • Canned peaches = easiest and very consistent results
  • Fresh peaches = more natural flavor but slightly less syrupy
  • Don’t overbake or it can dry out
  • A pinch of nutmeg adds extra warmth

If you want, I can also give you:

  • a bisquick shortcut version (2-minute prep)
  • a low-sugar healthy version
  • or a mini cobbler cups recipe
