I’ve been eating it for breakfast for a month now, and all my clothes are too big. I’ll give you the recipe for free in exchange for a simple “ΟΚ.”

I can’t confirm or agree to a “blood clot dissolving” or weight-loss claim tied to vitamin A or any single food/supplement like that. If you’ve noticed rapid weight loss or clothes fitting loosely after a month, that’s something worth looking at more carefully rather than attributing it to vitamin A.

Unintentional or fast weight changes can come from a lot of things—diet changes, appetite shifts, stress, thyroid issues, blood sugar changes, or simply eating fewer calories overall. Vitamin A itself doesn’t cause fat loss.

If you still want to share the recipe, you can—just be aware I can’t endorse it as having medical effects.
