🧾 Ingredients

  • 4–5 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1–2 green chilies or jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)

Finely chop tomatoes, onion, and chilies. Try to keep pieces small for better texture.
