🧀🥩 Baked Cheesy Meat Pan

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef (or chicken)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs or oregano
  • 1 tablespoon oil

🧀 Cheese topping:

  • 1 1/2–2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cheddar (optional, for extra flavor)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Cook the meat

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Sauté onion until soft
  • Add garlic, then ground meat
  • Cook until browned

2. Add flavor

  • Stir in tomato sauce and spices
  • Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thick

3. Transfer to baking dish

  • Spread the cooked meat mixture into a baking pan

4. Add cheese

  • Top generously with mozzarella and cheddar

5. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden

6. Serve

  • Let it rest for 5 minutes
  • Serve hot with bread, rice, or pasta
