Here’s a delicious Cheesy Garlic Bread topped with Grilled Shrimp recipe — perfect as an appetizer, snack, or even a light dinner.

🥖🦐 Cheesy Garlic Bread with Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

For the Grilled Shrimp

  • 12–16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter and minced garlic. Spread evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan over the buttered bread.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

2️⃣ Grill the Shrimp

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

3️⃣ Assemble the Dish

  • Remove garlic bread from the oven.
  • Arrange the grilled shrimp on top of the cheesy bread.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Slice into portions and serve immediately.
  • Optional: drizzle with a little lemon juice or garlic butter for extra flavor.

✨ Tips

  • Cheese variation: Mix mozzarella with provolone or fontina for extra creaminess.
  • Spicy twist: Add a dash of cayenne to the garlic butter or shrimp seasoning.
  • Make it ahead: You can prep garlic bread and shrimp separately; assemble just before serving for maximum crispiness.

If you want, I can also give a broiled version where the shrimp and cheese melt together in one pan for super quick, all-in-one cooking.

Do you want me to do that?
