Here’s a crispy, flavorful Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges recipe—easy, oven-baked, and packed with cheesy garlic goodness.

🥔🧄 Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

🧂 Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (Russet or any firm potatoes)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional for color & flavor)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

🧀 Parmesan topping

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the potatoes

  • Wash potatoes well (peel if you prefer)
  • Cut into even wedges (8–12 per potato)

2. Season

  • In a large bowl, mix:
    • olive oil
    • garlic
    • salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes
  • Toss potato wedges until fully coated

3. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Arrange wedges in a single layer (don’t overcrowd)
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway

4. Add Parmesan magic

  • Remove from oven
  • Sprinkle hot wedges with Parmesan cheese
  • Return to oven for 5 more minutes until golden and crispy

5. Serve

  • Sprinkle parsley on top
  • Serve hot with ketchup, garlic mayo, or ranch dip

🔥 Pro tips for extra crispiness

  • Soak potato wedges in cold water for 20–30 minutes before baking (removes starch)
  • Dry them completely before seasoning
  • Use high heat and space them apart on the tray

😋 Result

Crispy outside, soft inside, with buttery garlic flavor and a salty Parmesan crust.

If you want, I can also give you:

  • Air fryer version (even crispier)
  • Restaurant-style spicy wedges
  • Or a “loaded wedges” version with cheese sauce and toppings
