✅ Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts (or 4 thighs), sliced or pounded thin

8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced

3–4 cups fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen, thawed & squeezed dry)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth
-
1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes
🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and (optional) Italian seasoning.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté mushrooms
