  • 3–4 cups green or Napa cabbage, chopped

  • 1 medium carrot, julienned or thinly sliced (optional)

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional but flavorful)

  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, for depth)

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tsp sesame oil (for flavor)


🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, water, and sesame oil. Set aside.

2. Cook the chicken

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Add chicken, season lightly with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

  • Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

3. Stir-fry the veggies

  • In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed.
