Here’s a super simple and healthy Flourless Banana Bread recipe — moist, naturally sweet, and made without any flour or refined sugar. Perfect for gluten-free baking or just using up ripe bananas!


🍌 Flourless Banana Bread (Gluten-Free, One Bowl)

🕒 Prep Time: 10 minutes

⏲️ Bake Time: 40–50 minutes

🍽️ Makes: 1 loaf


✨ Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Optional add-ins:

    • ¼ cup chocolate chips

    • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans


🥣 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven & Prep Pan:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease a 9×5″ loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.


2. Mix the Batter:

  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

  • Whisk in eggs, almond butter, honey, and vanilla.

  • Stir in baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until combined.

  • Fold in any optional add-ins.


3. Bake:

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

  • Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.


✅ Notes:

  • Store in an airtight container at room temp for 2 days, or in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  • Freezes well — slice and wrap individually for easy grab-and-go snacks.


🔁 Variations:

  • Use sunflower seed butter for nut-free version.

  • Add cocoa powder (2–3 tbsp) for a chocolate banana bread.

  • Want muffins? Bake in a muffin tin for 18–22 minutes.
