Here’s a cozy, restaurant-style Roasted Pork Loin with Sweet Apple Glaze & Cinnamon Apples—juicy, aromatic, and perfect for a family dinner or special occasion.

🍎🐖 Roasted Pork Loin with Apple Glaze & Cinnamon Apples

🧂 Ingredients

For the pork

  • 1.2–1.5 kg pork loin (boneless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Apple glaze

  • 2 apples (peeled, chopped)
  • ½ cup apple juice (or water)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

Cinnamon apples (side)

  • 2 apples (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the pork

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
  • Rub pork loin with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs
  • Let sit for 15–20 minutes

2. Roast the pork

  • Place pork in a roasting pan
  • Roast for 45–60 minutes (until internal temp reaches ~63–68°C / 145–155°F)
  • Baste occasionally with pan juices for extra flavor

3. Make the apple glaze

  • In a saucepan, melt butter
  • Add chopped apples and cook 5 minutes
  • Add apple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vinegar
  • Simmer 10–15 minutes until soft
  • Blend or mash slightly for a thick glaze

4. Glaze the pork

  • During the last 15 minutes of roasting, brush pork generously with apple glaze
  • Repeat once or twice for a sticky, caramelized coating

5. Cinnamon apples (side dish)

  • In a pan, melt butter
  • Add sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and salt
  • Cook 5–8 minutes until soft but not mushy

6. Rest & serve

  • Remove pork from oven and rest 10–15 minutes before slicing
  • Serve with cinnamon apples and extra glaze drizzled on top

🔥 Tips for best results

  • Resting the meat keeps it juicy
  • Don’t overcook pork loin—it can dry out quickly
  • Use tart apples (like Granny Smith) for better flavor balance
  • Add a splash of brandy or cider to the glaze for depth (optional)

🍽️ Result

Tender roasted pork with a sweet, glossy apple-cinnamon glaze and warm spiced apples on the side—perfect balance of savory and sweet.
