Supreme Pork Chop Dish”

Posted on April 1, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a tasty way to make a “Supreme Pork Chop” dish that’s flavorful, juicy, and impressive without being complicated:

🥩 Supreme Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients (for 2–4 servings)

  • 2–4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops
    • Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
    • Rub evenly on both sides of the pork chops
  2. Sear the pork chops
    • Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
    • Sear chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown
    • Remove and set aside
  3. Make the sauce
    • In the same skillet, sauté onions (and mushrooms) until soft
    • Add chicken broth and simmer 2–3 minutes
    • Stir in cream and mustard, simmer until slightly thickened
  4. Combine
    • Return pork chops to the pan, coat with sauce, and simmer 5 minutes on low
    • Make sure pork is cooked to 145°F (63°C) internally
  5. Garnish & Serve
    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley
    • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies

Tips for Supreme Flavor

  • Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving for juicy results
  • Add a splash of white wine to the sauce for extra depth
  • For a golden crust, coat chops lightly in flour before searing

If you want, I can also give a “oven-baked Supreme Pork Chop” version that’s hands-off and keeps them super juicy.
