Halloumi is a semi-firm cheese that doesn’t melt when heated, making it perfect for a quick, crispy pan-fry. Only 3 ingredients are needed! 😋


🧾 Ingredients

  • 8 oz Halloumi cheese, sliced about ¼–½ inch thick
  • 1–2 tbsp Olive oil (or any neutral oil)
  • Fresh Lemon wedges, for serving

  1. Slice the halloumi
    • Cut into even slices to ensure they cook evenly.
  2. Heat the pan
    • Place a non-stick or cast-iron pan over medium heat.

  3. Fry the halloumi

  4. Serve immediately
