Baked cauliflower

Here’s a simple and tasty Baked Cauliflower recipe 🥦


Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 medium Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (smoked paprika optional)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Cauliflower
    • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Bake
    • Spread florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and tender.
  4. Add Cheese (Optional)
    • Sprinkle parmesan over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  5. Serve
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot as a side dish or snack.

✅ Tips:

  • For extra flavor, toss with lemon juice or red pepper flakes before serving.
  • You can also add a drizzle of balsamic glaze after baking for a sweet-savory twist.
