🍤 Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 250g Shrimp
  • 150g Sausage (sliced)
  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes for heat

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Broccoli

  1. Steam or blanch broccoli for 2–3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender
  2. Drain and set aside

2. Cook the Sausage

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add sausage slices and cook 3–4 minutes until slightly browned
  3. Remove and set aside

3. Cook the Shrimp

  1. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed
  2. Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant
  3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque

4. Combine & Glaze

  1. Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet
  2. Mix honey and soy sauce, pour over ingredients
  3. Stir gently to coat everything in the glaze
  4. Cook 1–2 more minutes until sauce is slightly thickened

5. Serve

  • Serve hot as a one-pan meal or over rice/noodles
  • Optional: sprinkle chili flakes or sesame seeds for garnish

  • Use medium-high heat for quick cooking to keep shrimp tender
  • Adjust honey or soy sauce for sweeter or saltier glaze
  • Pre-cook sausage if raw; smoked sausages can go straight in
