  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup

  • 8–10 tortilla wraps (or thin flatbread)

Optional topping:

  • Extra cheese for baking
  • Butter or oil for brushing

1. Cook the beef filling

  • Heat a pan over medium heat
  • Cook onion and garlic until soft
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned
  • Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and tomato paste
  • Cook until mixture is slightly dry (not watery)
  • Let it cool slightly

2. Assemble roll-ups

  • Lay a tortilla flat
  • Add a layer of beef mixture
  • Place cheese on top
  • Roll tightly like a wrap

3. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Place roll-ups in a baking dish
  • Brush lightly with oil or butter
  • Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired
