Absolutely! Let’s make a savory pull-apart casserole bread—perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or snacking. 🥖🧀

Here’s a delicious Pull-Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread Casserole recipe:

Pull-Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of French bread or sourdough
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prep the Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Cut the bread into cubes or thick slices, leaving the bottom intact if you want a “pull-apart loaf” style

2. Make the Cheese Mixture

  • In a bowl, mix:
    • Cream cheese
    • Mozzarella
    • Cheddar
    • Garlic
    • Salt & pepper

3. Assemble the Casserole

  • If using a loaf: spread the cheese mixture between slices
  • If using cubes: toss bread cubes with cheese mixture and place in a greased casserole dish
  • Drizzle melted butter on top
  • Sprinkle parsley over the top

4. Bake

  • Cover with foil
  • Bake 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and top is golden

5. Serve

  • Serve warm
  • Pull-apart by hand if using a loaf
  • Great with marinara, ranch, or soup

Tips

  • Add extras: cooked bacon, spinach, caramelized onions, or sun-dried tomatoes
  • For extra gooeyness, mix cream cheese and shredded cheese before stuffing
  • Can be made ahead and baked right before serving

If you want, I can also give a sweet version of pull-apart casserole bread—like cinnamon sugar with cream cheese glaze—for dessert or brunch.

Do you want me to do that?
