Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

For the flatbread:

  • 2 pre-made flatbreads or naan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the chicken topping:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

For assembly:

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • Optional: fresh cilantro, hot sauce, or yogurt drizzle

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the chicken

  1. Toss cooked chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Set aside.

2️⃣ Preheat the air fryer

  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

3️⃣ Assemble flatbread

  1. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the flatbread.
  3. Add seasoned chicken and vegetables.
  4. Top with a little extra cheese if desired.

4️⃣ Cook in the air fryer

  • Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket in a single layer (may need to do 2 batches).
  • Cook for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Remove carefully and garnish with cilantro, hot sauce, or a yogurt drizzle.
