🥔 Perfect Baked Potatoes

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 2–4 large russet potatoes
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (coarse or regular)
  • Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, bacon bits, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep the Potatoes:
