Posted on February 17, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a delicious Banana Split Pie recipe—basically a no-bake pie that tastes like the classic banana split dessert:

Ingredients (Serves 8)

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Toppings

  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries (fresh or thawed from frozen)
  • ¼ cup chopped pineapple (optional)
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan evenly.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely.

2. Make the Cream Filling

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.

3. Assemble the Pie

  1. Place sliced bananas evenly over the cooled crust.
  2. Spread the cream filling over the bananas.

4. Add Toppings

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  2. Scatter chopped strawberries and pineapple.
  3. Pipe or dollop whipped cream over the pie.
  4. Top with maraschino cherries.

5. Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to set.
  • Slice and enjoy a creamy, fruity dessert!

If you want, I can also give you a faster, fridge-only version with a cookie crust that takes just 15 minutes to prep. It’s perfect for last-minute cravings.
