  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Β½ cup Original Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Cook beef & onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in salt.
  3. Spread beef mixture in a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the meat.
  5. In a bowl, whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  6. Pour batter over the beef and cheese.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
