Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, combine:
    • Cooked chicken
    • Broccoli
    • 1½ cups of shredded cheese
    • Cream of mushroom soup
    • Sour cream
    • Milk
    • Garlic and onion powder
    • Salt and pepper
  2. Mix well until evenly coated.

3. Assemble the Casserole

  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
  • Optional: Add French fried onions or breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.

4. Bake

  • Bake 25–30 minutes, until casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted.
