Here’s a cozy Bundt Cake Breakfast recipe—soft, lightly sweet, and perfect for mornings with tea or coffee.

🍰 Bundt Cake Breakfast

🧾 Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar (or slightly less if you prefer less sweet)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional but great for breakfast flavor)

Wet ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk (or yogurt for extra softness)
  • ½ cup melted butter (or oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins (optional but recommended):

  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts/almonds)
  • ½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (for a sweeter version)

🔥 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Set to 175°C (350°F) and grease a Bundt pan well.

2. Mix dry ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

3. Mix wet ingredients

In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

4. Combine

  • Slowly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  • Stir until just combined (don’t overmix)
  • Fold in nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips if using

5. Bake

  • Pour batter into Bundt pan
  • Smooth the top
  • Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean

6. Cool & serve

  • Let cool in pan for 10–15 minutes
  • Turn out onto a rack
  • Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle honey if desired

🔑 Tips for best results

  • Don’t overmix (keeps cake soft)
  • Grease Bundt pan very well to avoid sticking
  • Yogurt makes it extra moist
