  • 250–300g spaghetti
  • 300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the pasta

  • Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente
  • Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain

2. Cook the shrimp

  • Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a pan
  • Add shrimp, sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper
  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink
  • Remove and set aside

3. Make garlic butter sauce

  • In the same pan, melt remaining butter
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute)

4. Build the creamy sauce

  • Pour in heavy cream and stir
  • Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth
  • Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed

5. Combine everything

  • Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce
  • Toss well to coat
  • Return shrimp to the pan
  • Add lemon juice and mix gently

6. Garnish & serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top
  • Optional: extra Parmesan and chili flakes
