Instructions:

  2. Cook Pasta – Boil pasta until just al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Make Cheese Sauce:
    • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Stir in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until it forms a smooth paste.
    • Gradually whisk in milk and cream, cooking until slightly thickened.
    • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir in 1 1/2–2 cups of shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Combine Pasta and Sauce – Mix the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
