  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tube pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: garlic powder, parsley, chili flakes

1. Cook the filling

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add minced meat and cook until browned
  • Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water
  • Simmer until thick and flavorful, then let it cool slightly

2. Prep the dough

  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle
  • Cut into equal strips

3. Assemble the sticks
