🍗 Chicken Breast Stuffed with Herbs & Cheese

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 large Chicken breast
  • 100g cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh Basil (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix:

  • Cream cheese
  • Mozzarella
  • Garlic
  • Parsley + basil
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

2. Prepare the Chicken

  • Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket (don’t cut all the way through)
  • Season inside and outside with salt, pepper, and paprika

3. Stuff It

  • Fill each pocket with the cheese mixture
  • Secure with toothpicks if needed

4. Sear for Flavor

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden

5. Finish Cooking

Option A (Oven):

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes

Option B (Pan):

  • Cover and cook on low heat until fully done

6. Serve

  • Let rest for 5 minutes
  • Slice and enjoy the melted, herby center 😍
