2. Prepare the Filling

  2. Add garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper

3. Roll and Stuff

  1. Divide dough into 4 equal balls
  2. Roll each into a small circle (~5 inches)
  3. Place 2–3 tbsp filling in the center
  4. Fold edges over to seal or roll into a stuffed flat circle

4. Cook the Pancakes

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat
