Here’s a rich, no-fuss Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars recipe—sweet, crunchy, and perfect for dessert or snacks.

🍫🥜 Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

🧾 Ingredients

🥜 Base layer

  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey or corn syrup
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

🍫 Chocolate topping

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil

🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare pan

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper

2. Make peanut butter mixture

  • In a saucepan (low heat), melt peanut butter + honey
  • Stir until smooth
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla + salt

3. Add crunch

  • Stir in crispy rice cereal
  • Mix until evenly coated

4. Press into pan

  • Transfer mixture into prepared pan
  • Press down firmly and evenly

5. Make chocolate layer

  • Melt chocolate chips + butter (microwave or stovetop)
  • Stir until smooth

6. Top and chill

  • Spread melted chocolate over base
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm

7. Slice and serve

  • Cut into squares
  • Store in fridge for best texture

💡 Tips

  • Don’t overheat peanut butter mixture—it can become oily
  • Use natural peanut butter for stronger flavor
  • Add chopped nuts or sea salt on top for extra crunch

🧠 Variations

  • Add shredded coconut for a tropical twist
  • Use dark chocolate for less sweetness
  • Drizzle white chocolate for decoration

If you want, I can also give you:

  • A 3-ingredient version (super quick)
  • Or a no-bake keto/low-sugar version 👍
