  • 1 tbsp flour or cornstarch (to thicken juices)

🥣 Crisp topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare apples

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Toss sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour
  • Spread evenly in a baking dish

2. Make crisp topping
