Posted on April 25, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a quick, cozy treat—Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites. They’re soft inside, slightly crisp outside, and coated in buttery cinnamon sugar. Perfect with tea or coffee.

🍪✨ Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or ~8 homemade biscuits)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1–1½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

🔥 Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Grease a baking dish or line a tray.

2. Cut the dough

  • Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces (bite-sized).

3. Coat in butter

  • Dip each piece into melted butter.

4. Cinnamon sugar mix

  • In a bowl, mix sugar + cinnamon.
  • Roll buttered dough pieces in the mixture.

5. Arrange

  • Place pieces close together in the baking dish (slightly touching = softer pull-apart texture).

6. Bake

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

7. Optional glaze (extra indulgent)

Mix and drizzle:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • Splash of vanilla

🍽️ Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd too tightly or they won’t cook evenly
  • Add a pinch of salt to balance sweetness
  • Best served warm!

🔄 Variations

  • Stuffed bites: Add a small cube of cream cheese inside each piece
  • Apple cinnamon: Toss in tiny apple bits before baking
  • Caramel version: Drizzle caramel before serving

If you want, I can also give you a from-scratch biscuit dough version, an air fryer method, or a healthier low-sugar twist.
