🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~12–15 pralines)

  • 100g Mascarpone cheese
  • 50g Unsalted butter
  • 50g Powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g Desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
  • 50g White chocolate
  • Pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Mascarpone Base

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
  2. Beat until smooth and creamy

2. Mix in Coconut

  • Fold in desiccated coconut until evenly incorporated

3. Shape the Pralines

  • Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, form small balls
  • Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  • Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes to firm up

4. Coat in White Chocolate

  1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (in 20-second intervals, stirring each time)
  2. Dip each chilled praline into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off
  3. Roll or sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut before the chocolate sets

5. Chill and Serve

  • Place coated pralines back on parchment
