🥗 Creamy Seafood Salad

🦐 Ingredients

  • 250g shrimp (prawns), peeled and cooked
  • 1 cup crab meat (or imitation crab sticks, chopped)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt (optional, for lighter taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce (optional but adds depth)
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped (optional but nice crunch)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or 1 small garlic clove (optional)
  • Fresh dill or parsley (optional garnish)

  1. Prepare seafood
    • If using raw shrimp, boil for 2–3 minutes until pink, then cool.
    • Chop crab meat or imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the creamy dressing
    • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine ingredients
    • Add shrimp, crab, cucumber, onion, and celery into a large bowl.
    • Pour dressing over and gently mix.
  4. Chill
