  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for more flavor)
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water

  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 2 cups egg noodles

🍲 Instructions

1. Add to slow cooker

  • Place chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, broth, water, and seasonings into the crock pot

2. Cook

  • Cook on:

3. Shred the chicken

  • Remove chicken, shred with forks, then return it to the pot
