Base

  • 200–250g crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 100g melted butter

Caramel layer

  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pinch of salt (optional, for salted caramel flavor)

Chocolate layer

  • 1 box (3.9 oz / 110g) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Whipped topping

  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional toppings

  • Chocolate shavings
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Crushed nuts (pecans, almonds, or peanuts)

🍳 Instructions

1. Make the base

  • Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter
  • Press firmly into a baking dish (9×9 or similar)
  • Chill for 15–20 minutes

2. Add caramel layer

  • Spread caramel sauce evenly over the chilled base
  • Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt if using

3. Prepare chocolate layer

  • Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick (about 2–3 minutes)
  • Spread over caramel layer

4. Add whipped topping

  • Mix whipped cream with vanilla and sugar (if using)
  • Spread gently over chocolate layer

5. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best)

6. Serve

  • Top with chocolate drizzle, caramel, or nuts
  • Slice into squares and serve cold
