🍴 Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken:

  1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture. Press lightly to coat well.

2. Fry the chicken:
