Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Steak

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels — this helps get a nice sear.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.

2️⃣ Sear the Steak

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak cubes in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

  1. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium.
  2. Add minced garlic, sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn).
  3. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  4. Cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

  1. Return steak bites to the skillet.
  2. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
